When Value Center renovated their seven California stores to support their environmental values, I was asked to help with their rebranding. In addition to recommending the new name, Ecothrift, and writing the tagline, "perfectly good stuff", I developed their new look and feel which was delivered in the form of a corporate style guide (and is applied to the creative below).
They also asked that I help with the launch advertising, which included an email campaign to their monthly newsletter subscribers. We conducted interviews of ecothrift's frequent shoppers and the consistent message we heard was a love of the hunt — the more crowded the shelves and racks, the better. That information pretty much designed our fun email campaign!
